What are others using for management software within their in-house labs that interfaces with Amazing Charts? We currently are using LabDaq Lite and I have looked at getting the HL7 interface to Amazing Charts and it will cost around $5000. This would include adding 1 additional machine to the LabDaq and then a results only export(they will work on getting demographic import but they don't have currently). Then I need to pay Amazing Chart $500 for their side. This just seemed high so I was just wondering what others are using and what other options we have.
Thanks!

We use LabDAQ also because it interfaces with the DAQ billing module (since AC doesn't yet have a PM). I think that the cost of their HL7 interface is highway robbery, but they don't really care. I have not been able to find another software company that will interface with our Dimension chem analyzer and CBC machine.
