As a new user, I have been trying to print the "formal health records" for some patients to see what actually gets printed out. I'm sure it will only be a matter of time when we get a subpoena for our first set of AC records. When I print the formal health record, there doesn't seem to be any medication log printed. In other words, no documentation aside from the progress notes as to the date,doseage, quantity and med prescribed. I think this would be extremely important for AC to be keeping track of separately from the progress notes. There are some separate, funky links that take me to the Erx interface but I have no idea how to use them. So, I guess my question is is there a log and if so how can we print a patient specific comprehensive Rx log when we do need an full set of medical records for legal purposes? Also, it makes me wonder what else is missing from the "formal health record" that may really be part of the formal record?
