Does anybody remember how to combine two charts? I have inactive and one active pt who are one and the same. I would like to combine them into one chart so the eRX stops asking which guy I mean. Thanks

Open patient's Demographic Section;
Click on File (left hand upper corner) for drop down menu and Select "Merge this patient with another"
Rest of the instructions are very easy to follow.
Good luck.
