Since upgrading, the social history of an opened note often looks like this:

"Tobacco: Never smoker

[Tobacco: Never smoker]"

Anyone else seeing that?

"Placed [] around Tobacco information in Social history to make it more distinct"

Thanks, Bob. That removes half of the mystery. Can someone please fill me in on the "social history duplication bug"?

Regrettably, there is no explanation for my social history in high school.

Various parts of social history will replicate at will randomly. They will get date stamped and sometimes fill up the WHOLE section. Very annoying bug. Looks sloppy on outgoing correspondence.
