I'm Going through CMS's website attesting for meaningful use. Everything is going smoothly until I hit the CQM section.

One of my 3 'Core CQM's' has a zero for the denominator... Great I was anticipating this. From what I understood, you just grab ONE of 3 possible measures from the 'Alternate Core CQM' set (for me it would have been Child/Adolescent weight screening) and you are good.

WRONG. The wizard is telling me this:

"You have entered a denominator of zero for 1 of your Core Clinical Quality Measures. You must submit all three Alternate Core Clinical Quality Measures. "

And when I have a denominator of zero for one of the Alternate Core CQM's, the system balks and throws me in a loop. It's forcing me to not have a zero in the denominator of ANY CQM's. Has anyone else experienced this?

I just did this and we noticed that it was entered as numerator then denominator in the menu section but then in the core CQM section it was denominator first and then numerator. We sat there wondering why they suddenly switched the order.
