Our practice will be going live in a few weeks and I am trying to figure out how I can set up a schedule for both nurses in our office. Our office schedules vaccine, injection, BP, and other appointments under the nurse. Is there a way to add a schedule for two nurses without marking them as the highest provider in the User Account under Admin?

No, the best you can do is to make them equivalent to a midlevel and then not allow them to sign notes. They will probably be able to write Rxs however.

Thank you Wendell! I will just go that route then if that's the only way.

That is the current only method - I have talked with Jon B. about this and he understands and wants to make it so you can make schedule for any user (regardless of level) in a future version.

That would definitely be a good feature to have in AC. Thank you for letting me know Steven!

We created a dummy user Nancy Nurse and have a separate schedule for her. If you make your nurse the highest provider then it will cause a problem with the renewal fees as we had to talk with AC to be able to do this without paying the extra annual fees. It was obvious when they reviewed our account the it was not a real person so they didn't charge us the extra fees. When AC was cheap we had just paid the extra fee as the benfit was worth it.
