Several Amazing Charts users are using this fax over the internet service.

I have been using it for > 6 months and found it realiable and inexpensive.

However, for the past two days I have had problems with delayed outgoing faxes. I have emailed Extreme Fax for tech support, but just thought I would give other Amazing Charts users a heads up that the Extreme Fax servers seem to be having some problems.

just received email from support - apparently they are aware of the problem:

"Our engineers are trying to fix this problem. For some days Syncranization will work with delay.
Please send faxes from your online account and not via agent.

Please accept my apology for the inconvenience.'

Has the problem resolved yet?

I use myfax, but after looking at extremefax's website, I may switch. I like the print driver tool and lower price.

extreme fax service problem resolved. Working fine now.
