Hi all
I have a question: I need to look up pts who we saw between 8-1-11 and 9-1-11. I am unsure how to run a report on just that time frame.

Reports--> Notes and Encounters ---> Encounter Date--->

I understand the >= (greater than and equal to) and <= (less than and equal to) but that didn't work. Does anyone know how to use the <> symbol? It won't let me put in 2 dates.
Thanks, Julia, MA

Julia,

I was able to run a report similar to what you are wanting to do. You need to run two separate lines as noted below

Reports--> Notes and Encounters ---> Encounter Date > 8/1/2011 then click "ADD CRITERIA TO QUERY"

Reports--> Notes and Encounters ---> Encounter Date < 9/1/2011 then click again "ADD CRITERIA TO QUERY"

On the Query Criteria it defaults to "AND"

Next Run the report.

OR main page billing menu / pull export bills by date / put in your dates of service and pull bills
This can be exported to csv and worked in excel or such

Not sure what you mean? In a CSV? It may be a field delimiter

I'm not sure what that's for Julia. Don't see where one would use that
