I just made a discovery. I entered the O2 saturation on the Vital Sign note section. It does not print out the notes on the hard copy (although it shows it when looking at it electronically). Could it be possible that the programmer left the VITAL SIGN NOTE section FIELD from printing? I just noticed this while auditing the chart. Is there a way to correct this? Some charts are being audited (although it is in the database somewhere--I suppose), it doesn't do me much good if the auditor can't see it displayed.

I am not sure why it isn't working for you Roy.
My experience has always been that you can see any text added to the Vital sign note section in the print preview and the actual hard copy. You cannot see it in the electronic portion of Vital Signs only, but it does show up in the print preview and you can see it in the printed document.
In fact, I have tried to change this forever and do not allow anyone to enter any text there, because when I print out the weights and heights, etc., the VS note always overlaps the HC.
