We are new to AC, but I just observed, that when you do a follow up note by importing a previous note into chart, all the data gets imported but, the CPT/dx codes do not get imported. so, you have to generate new every time when you create a superbill. If it got imported from the previous note, that would be lot easier.
Also, at the end, if you are writing a letter to the referring doctor, it should automatically populate the name of the doctor , if it is entered in the demographics screen. The program here is asking to choose from the drop down list. How come, you are expacted to remember the refering doctor for every patient? Please help!!!
