I think that is rediculous that a correct invoice does not generate if you have more than 8 cpts. Anyone has a way to fix this? drwolffe Member Joined: May 2006 Posts: 71 Berkeley, CA	what does work, for what it's worth, is printing out CMS1500 forms. If there are more than 6 CPTs, it will generate more pages, correctly filled in. But I need invoices to work!
