Okay, here's the deal. On pediatric visits, sometimes the "Growth Curve" button is adjacent to the "Click here to graph vital signs" button in line with the vital signs, sometimes it's separate and located below the list of historical vital signs, sometimes it's completely absent. Likewise, the "click here to graph vital signs" button wanders those 3 locations. If the "Growth Curve" button is absent, clicking on the other one does open up growth curves anyway, but it's a more of a pain when neither of them are there.
I can't seem to find any pattern to this behavior. Anyone else dealt with this before? What am I missing? Dave FP v6.010

Never seen that before. Through every version, it has always been at the far right. When it's gone, you have to click on "Note" as invariably, it is because you wrote a note the last time. Just guessing.

Is this all on the same computer? Or is it on different computers?

I had a similar problem until I noticed something. When my staff adds a 'note' in the vitals section and does not click 'note' button following their comment. The growth chart button does not re-appear.
Essentially, just click the note button - that seems to work for me.

You're right about the "Note" situation making the "Growth Curve" button disappearing. It is easily reproducible. But it doesn't explain having the GC button and the Graph buttons showing up either at the top or the bottom of the vital signs. I've gone back into old completed pediatric notes and documented the wandering buttons on those prior visit notes. Maybe it's going to have to remain my mystery as apparently nobody else is seeing this issue. Dave

You guys are correct. There is some complicated code behind that button, showing or not showing itself based on patient age and whether there are other miscellaneous notes from the prior visit.
Some of the buttons are combined in V7 to resolve the wondering button...
