Hi John,
Intermittent slowness this week, most prominent with interaction checking. Late afternoon Tuesday we could not erx for about 1 hour. I rebooted the modem, which seemed to solve the problem (Placebo effect is great!) No problems so far today.

About 30 minutes ago interaction checking became unavailable, one erx did not go through. Internet generally seemed slow. Rebooted the cable modem and everything instantly returned to normal. I think we may have a problem with our modem. (In the past 6 1/2 years, prior to this week, I have had to reboot the modem about 3 times total)

We had intermittent outages all day until 4 pm. It irks me that I have to post here for any status report. It speaks to the ramshackle condition of the national eRx system (and the national health IT structure for that matter), that there is no link to check status of the network. My local cable provider has a status page, for Pete's sake!
