I can't help but notice that there is a bit of a "gotcha" when using the enlarge text box function. All of the changes made to the document are lost if you use the handy little tabs along the left side of the enlarge box when moving to the next field after making corrections. It took me a while to figure out why all the changes that I made disappeared when I closed out of this box before I discovered that you have to use the save button options along the bottom. Can't the default be set to save the text when you use the side tabs as well? I'm sure that this would be the intention of most of the people using those tabs.

Having learned this the hard way myself, I am all in agreement. It is also easy to inadvertantly hit the side bar if one is not being careful with the mouse cursor.

Ron and Mel, I use the "enlarged view" most of the time. Besides the easy-to-read size, I also find it easier because it enables me to see the all of the text in a box without having to scroll through it (which becomes necessary if there is a large amount of text entered). There are a couple of ways to go from one enlarged text box to the next. One way is to click on each tab on the left side. As you describe, you can navigate from box to box, but inserted text is NOT saved by doing so. A second way is to enter text in a box, then click one of the three "update" boxes at the bottom. (You can also cycle through these by repeatedly hitting the tab key). In this case "update" means "save", so what you have typed in will be saved. A third way, which I prefer, is to put text in a box, then hit "tab-enter". This advances you to the next box AND saves what you have typed. If you stick to this approach, your typing will always be saved. It also helps minimize clicks since you don't need your mouse to navigate through (most of) the boxes.

I learned about losing text the hard way too. I don't always use the box but do use it when I fill it up as I don't like to scroll either.
I never used the "tab-enter", thanks Jon.
