I am new to both of these softwares Xlink and AC. I am unable to automatically upload demographics and patient information in real time from Lytec into AC, Having to hit Shift + F12, everytime?

Are you still having this issue and is does your office still interface them? We are soon going to be implementing AC in our office and have used Lytec for a long time. Have you come across any major technical problems interfacing these two through xlink?

I use Lytec 2011 and AC and have looked into getting Xlink. Does anyone know how Xlink works with Lytec? I know one person who uses Xlink with Medisoft and the link does not work well for her. From what I understand the interface is very erratic and technical support from XLink is very poor.
Does anyone else have any experience with Lytec and Xlink?
