Any know the "size" (in pixels) that the "signature" box expects (when importing signature image file).
Seems like AC should put that in their helf file, as they say the image should "fit" the box.

I use a 150 x 50 pixel image of my signature that fits well. Windows Photo Viewer says it is a 96 dpi resolution, 24 bit jpg.

Can somebody tell my possibly why I can't get the signature to show on anything. I imported it into the box in the Admin. Options, User Account configurations and restarted AC but it is not appearing on RX or chart notes. Any ideas?
Thanks.

When you go to User accounts, do you see the signature in the box there?

Hello Imc,
Through trial and error we have found the most ideal size for Electronic Signatures to be 255 x 35 pixels or 2.66in x .37in.

Once you have added the signature for your user account from the user account configuration page of your Administrator Options you should be able to see your signature on printed letters and printed scripts. If you are unable to see your signature on those 2 items please contact Amazing Charts Technical Support by either emailing Techsupport@AmazingCharts.com, calling 1-866-382-5932, or coming into our chat support which is accessible from inside amazing Charts by clicking on Help>>>Get Live Support.
