So I went to attest for the first 90 days of 2012 yesterday and it wouldnt let me. Said my topics were pending and wouldnt let me change the attest dates at all. Has anyone done attestation for 2012 yet or am I jumping the gun. Thanks to all.

You can only attest for 90 days in 2012 if you did not attest in 2011, otherwise it has to be the whole year is my understanding.

I believe Steven is correct as well. You have to attest for an entire year following the initial 90-day submission.

To agree, and perhaps clarify the above:
The first year you attest, the attestation period is 90 days, regardless of what calendar year you are in (2011 or 2012).
The second year is a full 365 days (whether that is 2012 or 2013).
So Todd, if your "year one" was 2011, then what you are seeing is expected. If you did NOT attest last year, then something is not right.
Which is it?

thanks guys. I did attest in 2011 and I guess I can wait until the end of 2012. So do we get paid for 2012 in 2013?...I was more worried about this than my taxes....

You should have your 2011 money by now. 2012 dollars will come 4-8 weeks after you attest (presumably in January of 2013).

Believe me, we have, and it hasn't been fun! We attested November 3, 2011, had some unfortunate issues with TIN numbers not matching up, phone calls back and forth, etc., had to reattest Feb 20 and we have been locked for payment ever since. We are told hopefully sometime the third week in April, which is when the money is usually disbursed. I'll keep you posted!

It was funny when we got our money. I think around 5 of us started complaining on the board. All of us got paid off within the next day.
