We developed a problem this morning with Imported Items. All our faxes go through Updox to AC. A couple of the items I signed off did not appear in the patients Imported Items folder. Other items did transfer properly. AC Support couldn't find a problem. I'm waiting to hear back from Updox support. I tried resending the documents and the problem still occurs. Any thoughts?

I have had this issue before with updox. Never happens when we import directly to AC. You could try turning off your machine and "re-installing" / re-downloading updox. However, most likely it will be fixed by the folks at updox

Have you tried to clear the cache on updox and re-sync the databases? This can be done under the View tab in UPDOX

Charlie at Updox resolved my problem. It turned out that we had two copies of the chart: "Jane Doe" and "Doe Jane." The documents were getting sent from Updox to "Doe Jane". Inactivated that chart and problem resolved.

At least it was an easy fix. The thing I noted with Updox is it still shows inactive patients when you go to file something.

As a follow up to my last post, there is a setting in the Admin Section of Updox that you can set so it won't show inactive patients.

I had emailed with the question to Updox and Tobin got back to me quickly.

If you talk to AC they know about the issue. It is only with the 6.1.2 version as I was told. They are working no it.
