I just got it today and I am so excited. NOw I hit the real world.
I can import the labs no problems. Now I go into the inbox, pull the lab ,and view it. I then see the lab and I have to hit sign it before the box to comment comes up.
I am now trying to make the comments and send the message to the nurse to call the patient about the results. But it is frozen and it won't let me go back to review the chart, adjust medicines, etc while I make comments. IN other words, I can't back into the chart without closing the sign off screen.
Has anyone found a way to get around this. To me I think its easier to have quest fax in the lab, I save it in, have a screen open with the lab, and a message screen to the MA to send comments. I am done.
