G8447 is for an ONC certified EHR, which fits AC.

Adam,
my office manager was looking at the 2012 guide for physician quality reporting for the PQRS program, and measure #142 is for CMS to collect data whether providers are using qualified health records. The provider should report one of the G codes on line 24D of a paper claim or on service line 24 of an electronic claim--jimmie

thanks Jimmie for the explanation. That term was foreign to me because I'm using a registry to submit the PQRI (through the American Osteopathic Association).
