I wish that when you spell-checked the patient "print instruction" those words already corrected would stick and not have to be redone when you save the encounter

When you do patient instructions, I do not see that they stay in the progress note.

The patient summary (instructions) is a printout of what you have written in the Plan. So, if you misspelled words in the Plan, the spell-check comes up when you print these instructions. Even if you corrected them there, however, those same words come up again for correction when you sign off the encounter.
