The charge export file does not include the secondary insurance policy ID (other insured policy ID). Is this a known bug? Is it scheduled to be fixed anytime soon?

Hello JTeabo,

Which export feature are you using? How are you currently doing your billing?

We export our charges using the 837 fields export and the other insured policy ID is not in the file. We are a billing agency and we have created a interface that will use the AC export file to import the charges to our billing system. It works great except when we populate the chart with the other insured policy number it does not appear in the export file. The export file has a header for the other insured policy number, but its blank.
