I am a long time AC user and hooked up with MTBC about 10 years ago. I have been very dissappointed with them recently, cant wait for AC to have its own PM.
For those using MTBC and AC make sure that MTBC has been correctly coding your encounters, using the right providers and modifiers. Also MTBC has not been providing any help with Coding why would I have a billing company that does not help with coding encounters right to reduce rejections? I also found that they have started billing encounters on my part time NP's names even thiught we did not give them the npi numbers or any information on the NP's. so of course we are not getting paid right.

I sometimes get rejections and have to tell them to add a modifier, but overall they do OK.

I think they have gotten MUCH better over the last 3 years that I havbe been using them. But I too am looking forward to the PM.

They can be very frustrating to work with. I have had to have them change several of the contact persons for being outright rude. Some were clearly not doing their job. You must have gotton one of my old ones.

Instead of waiting 6 more months for the PM, why not just change billing centers now?

Is there a time frame when a PM module will be introduced? I have been hearing of this for a while yet I have not seen or heard of any expected release date.

Supposed to be quarter one, but I have heard this pushed back from last year or two so who knows. I hope Jon and AC realize how important to everyone PM is!

We are working to have PM available as a beta release for the end of Q1 or beginning of Q2. If you are interested in being part of this beta please go to the website below and sign up. Thank you for your patience.
