I have had the following message now for a week for every attempted backup
"amazing charts database management ACD database health exception was thrown." Backup offsite fails and I have to manually back up the database.
Any ideas? I have done all of hte utilities and have reinstalled version 6.0.12

Dear Lois,
You should start a live chat with one of our techs. They can help you trouble shoot this issue.

(Not that I mean to but in.....) The regular tech support is available regular business hours, I THINK 8-5 weekdays, Eastern time. Good people, stuff like this is usually bread and butter for them. (Some of us, more advanced types can screw stuff up so it takes a little more heavy lifting to untangle... lol)(advanced types meaning I don't know squat, but I have the administrators password to our server!)

Backup offsite fails and I have to manually back up the database. Lois, what do you mean by "manually back up the database?"

Not sure I would know how to retrieve and install the backup if I needed to.

I thought wireshark was a network analyzing program. If you have some type of backup software, it should have a restore feature somewhere in it.
You just have to be careful that the program you are using is capable of safely backing up SQL databases. You can't just copy and paste or use a program that cannot use VSS or Open Files. Backing up SQL with databases running or even attached to a program can corrupt your data and cause serious issues.
