Hi,
When you cancel an appointment, there is a pop up box that appears giving you the option to document an appointment change. But at one of my workstations(or for one of my workers), that box doesn't appear. I can't seem to figure out where to turn on that option. Can anyone help me?

This is a user perference. To access this log in as the use in question. Then from the word Edit at the top of the main Amazing Charts screen choose My Preferences. Now select User Preference. Take the check out of the box in Appointment Change Widow and press save changes.
