This is not a critcal problem, but one that is time consuming and a bit frustrating.
I'm seeing Mrs. Jones and I've got her encounter open. I want to see that MRI again, and I click on the Imported Items Tab. And it's blank when it comes up. All the other pages are fine.
So, I send the chart back to myself and then reopen it...and what do you know...the imported page is now populated again.
This happens at least half a dozen times per week.
Any clues?

Well, certainly not an expert in databasing. My guess is, given the links are contained in a separate database, import.mdb, there is a possibility that when the chart is open that link doesn't always get connected. So, when you forward the chart to yourself and pulll it again, it makes the connection on the second try. Just a guess.
This is part of the reason we don't use Imported Items and instead use FAP, but that's an altogether different story.

If Bert is right, then running Amazing Utilities might help, right?
Have you tried that, Barbara?
