We do some CLIA waived tests in the office. I tried to enter CPT codes in the Quick code section of AC. It is not allowing me to add QW modifier. I need help to solve this problem.

Are you using AC for billing? Didn't think this version was out yet. We bill through our PM software and that is where we add the modifiers.
