I don't know how many out there have the OnCall app for iPhone, but if you do, maybe you have insight into a problem I'm having: It won't sync correctly.
New notes that I write during the course of the day on my work computer will not make it onto the iPhone, even though, "after hours messages" that I write on the phone do successfully make it back to the main computer every time.
The first time I logged in with the app it worked (though it took a while). If I log in with my partner's name/password that will also work as a one time fix. If I delete and re-download the app, I can get it to sync correctly as a one time fix. However, subsequent sync attempts don't work.
I've been in touch with tech support who have created a ticket, but who knows how long that might take. In the meantime, anyone have any ideas?
Thanks much

I have exactly the same problem it does sync properly first time and then it is not updating to the current information with next sync. Maybe tech support could look into this ...

Yep, experiencing the same thing. It will perform the "Determing changed patient count" and then nothing happens to update the new items.
Hopefully a fix is out there.

I too have been suspicious this is the case, but have not verified.

The patient's expectation is that you have all the answers, sometimes they just don't like the answer you have for them

Here is an update from tech support:
"As for the OnCall app, we are familiar with the fact that it sometimes will not update the database. This has been brought to developments attention and Tier II have suggested an option that would be added to the OnCall app to clear the database and then sync to update instead of trying to overwrite the previous database that was synced. This is being worked on and I have not been updated on the status of that but you and other client?s concerns have been duly noted. "
I guess that will be better than having to complete delete the app and then reload app and all of the data everytime.

Hi Dr. Bartholomew,
I will be bringing this issue up with the AC Development team tomorrow. Hopefully we can come up with a reasonable work around and possibly a timeline for a fix. Thank you,
