This is a relatively new feature of AC. When we refill a prescription, that action is logged as an addendum and can be seen under the "past encounters" tab. I must say I am not a fan of this new feature. It "clogs" up the past encounters list, making it more cumbersome to navigate as I am searching for an old note. There are plenty of other ways to easily find when a prescription was last written.

Is there a way to turn off this feature?
