i just installed amazing labels on a new 64bit version of windows 7,(a work station). for some reason it will not find the server. can any one help. thank you.

Does amazing charts work from that workstation ?
I have same setup and no issues - made sure I had downloaded driver for dymo (version 8) and installed without a glitch.

The biggest reason Amazing Labels doesn't work would be that lack of proper installation or no installation of the Dymo software.
After that, Amazing Labels should find the database if you click on the find server icon.
If you find yourself still having issues, PM or email me, and I will help. I may have to remote in if you can't get it yourself.

thanks you guys, we switched a few computers around and i did not have the dymo software loaded. as soon as i did that. it worked fine, have a great day and happy holidays
