Dragons accuracy is not as good with the new system. Is there any thing we can do to fix the problem?

Can you be more specific; version of dragon, version of AC, what is not as good?

On a general level, if you have been using it on another system, have you copied over your user training and profile data?

I don't have at hand what those files are, but the application generates profile files that hold your training, and those are what increase accuracy, speed, and your added dictionary words.
