When you import images to a patient chart in AC where are those files stored?

I was told they are stored on disk and not in the database - is this correct?

Thanks

Imported items are stored in a folder under Databases/AmazingCharts/ImportItems.

C:\Program Files\Amazing Charts\_Data001

or in the folder _Data001 in your Amazing Charts folder, wherever you installed it.

In my main computer(P2P), it is located at

\ProgramFiles\AmazingCharts\ImportItems

It is not in the data file; it is a folder in the main AC directory.
Each patient has a numbered folder corresponding to their chart number with their items.

That is correct. It is the signatures that go into data001. The pictures go into II. Stand corrected. So Marty and Donna are correct.

Is there any way to change this location -- I do not want them on my C: drive - I want them on a bigger drive.

Is the only solution to reinstall AC onto a different drive?

Is there a config option in the XML file that will let me move the location?

thank you
