In most programs, if I hit the control-z, it un-does whatever I've done. I really like to "undo" (something we don't always get to do in real life!). However, when I hit the control-z, it deletes everything in that field and replaces it with the word "Data".
Anyone else?

Barbara,
Can you give me a specific place it does this, so I can go in and look at the program code?
Thanks,
V.

It does that to me, too, most conspicuously in the HPI field.
Usually, I've dictated it full of data with DNS, make a mistake and say "undo that", and all my information disappears with a puff, replaced with that one word:
Data

Wow. I never, ever knew that. I just tried it. Cool! I mean on here and other programs, not in AC. Thanks Barbara.

This is commonly what is known as a "BUG". Works fine in CC and ROS, is indeed broken in HPI.
Each of the "boxes" on the chart form have a number of attributes that are set as part of creating the form in Visual Basic. One of these attributes is the "tag" attribute, which appears to be set to the word Data, capitalized the same way it appears when <control> Z is pressed.
I'll have to change this, recompile it on my development machine, and see if <control> Z brings up the change to confirm this, and will look into it further.
Nice catch of an obscure bug, people! Update sometime later this week when I get time to play with it.

Vinny,
Yes, it's just the HPI field. I'd love to have this fixed! Thanks!
Bert...you always give the rest of us such wonderful hints, tricks and workarounds, I'm glad I could share something with you!
