The dr. advises that the seems to be a constant jam when he tries to process rx's. His laptop freezes up and this is holding up each patients visit. He has tried signing out, reboot and signing back in again. Things will be ok for a little bit but then back to the same problem again. If I process the rx's from my system (main computer), there are NO problems. Please advise?

What version are you using ? it is also important to verify that you are using same version of AC on each computer.
