does anyone have any contacts at quest I have been trying to get the interface going with them and have no luck they dont return calls and no response.
I have had the lab corp interface and it works just fine.

I'm in the process of switching to Quest and they've been very responsive. The process is more time consuming and involved than I expected, but what else is new! I would talk with your account manager if you're having trouble getting in touch with the IT folks.
