Updated to 6.10 from 6.09 yesterday. I shouldn't have done it. Whole program much slower, Rx writer doesn't work, and has put a halt on meaningful use status. I would advise folks hold off on 6.10 until they have all the bugs worked out, which I'm sure they will.

You need to ping support - there should be no noticeable differences in these two except improvements.

Steven,
I respectfully disagree- 6.0.10 is slower, esp opening rx window and rx writing. eRx may be slower too.
However, this version did fix some MU report problems.

I felt like 6.0.10 wasn't really much slower, but again each person has had a different experience and it does not seem to have good rhyme or reason as to why it works better for some and not others.

I found 6.10 faster than 6.08 (skipped over 6.09)

found out that part of my problemm is RAM. Some of my desktops have 2 megs some have 4 megs. The under the table recommendation from the AC support staff is that you really need 4 megs as minimum. I think the AC web site recommends 2 megs as minimum. Dr. B

Dr. B,
I think you really mean 2GB and 4GB. But, I do't think 4GBs is necessary to run AC on a desktop. Having said that, RAM is extremely cheap.

Thank you. I stand corrected. 2gb vs. 4gb. I'm not a computer expert. I think I'm showing my age. Dr. B
