The providers laptop has been having issues with being EXTREMELY SLOW! when ordering prescriptions. He will sign ou then sign back in. This will temporarily fix the problem but eventually it will start again. We upgraded to the most current version of AC last Wednesday. Any suggestions? The main system is brand new. We just transfered to the new computer about a month ago and all systems are now running windows 7.

Seek help from AC support. They have been working to fix this but the upgrade is not yet available. They will hopefully improve you enough to get through the short-term.
