Somehow (Lord only knows) my scheduleincrements changed to ten minutes instead of fifteen as it needs to be. No one else has ten but me so I never know the correctly schedule time and I can't figure out how to fix it. I hate to bother tech support if it's a simple fix. Anyone have insight? Thanks!

You have to set the schedule increments on each machine for each user.

Thank you Dr. Leeson! I can't tell you how helpful that was! I should have remembered how to do this as long as I've used this program but it wasn't sinking in!
