I would like to do a report of all patients who had CPT code J1885 (administered Ketorolac) in my office visits.....When I try to go to report, the only category that makes sense is to choose BILLING & CODING but in there the only option is most common CPTs but it does not allow me to be able to find only those patients that had a particular CPT code similar to being able to find patient that had a particular ICD 9 code (for example 250 for all diabetics).
Anyone know how I can get such a list generated?
Anyone know how I can use alternate ways to get into database and do a more thorough query for other things that this report generator may not allow?

Still fence sitting with versions above my 5.029, but using this version, if you actually spelled out Ketorolac in any chart note, order, etc., you should be able to access it. I just tried with the word lidocaine and received hundreds of hits. I went to reports, then to Notes & Encounters, selected Any Field, Contains and then input lidocaine then add to criteria, then run report. I hope this is helps.
