Hi all,

I've been eprescribing for a while now from within AC but have yet to figure out how incoming e-prescribing requests from pharmacies work within AC.
Is this part of the "package" or something extra?
Just now upgraded to Version 6 by the way.

We still mostly receive faxed requests from pharmacies and then have a front person send these requests into MD boxes individually by hand. Can these come directly from pharamcies? It appears from this new script requests window I see in Version 6 that it can.

Thanks in advance for pointing me in the right direction.

Jim

Ping support and ask them if refills are 'turned on' and then send note to all pharmacies and ask them to send e scrips - my pharmacies know that I am faster with erx and last is faxes.
