Hi, We are new to AC this week and are trying to figure out how to handle billing when you are not billing the patients medical insurance for an Workman's compensation claims (L&I in our state) or Motor Vehicle Accidents (MVA).
Thanks for any advice.

We put the info into the system still....we don't use AC billing services..just use the super bill.
Don't forget to for those cases to send Liens or the lawyers won't pay you!

Do you take out the medical insurance information and put in the MVA or Workman's comp info in the (primary insurance) demographic area? Then on the next visit if it to be billed to their medical insurance input the medical info again?
We aren't using the AC billing either but are printing out the daily batch for patient invoices to be entered into our PM for billing.
