I am trying to get my office to play around with AC and practice before going live. Is there a loaded "fake" database that I can have them play with? If not, if i just let them practice and create a fake practice how do I go about creating a new empty one again?

Just install AC and add some fake patients and play around as long as you want. When you are ready to go live, just delete any AC you have along with SQL and just install the real networked AC.
