Are there any medical offices or physicians in the Santa Barbara County area currently using Amazing Charts? How is it working for your practice so far?

We're in the Palm Springs/Rancho Mirage area. About 3 hours from SB. It's been working pretty well for us for several years with the exception of a few hiccups with v6. We resolved that issue by disabling hardware acceleration.

Thank you for your feedback. That is great to hear and good to know it's been working well for your office for some time now. What kind of hiccups did you experience with v6 and is eRX working well for you?
The doctors I work for here are interested in using AC but we would like some feedback from the current AC users. Also, does anyone know when the v7 with PM is going to be released or what the status is?

eRX is working fine. The screen redraw was an issue for us in v6 with the Prescription writer which we resolved by disabling hardware acceleration. Also, if you use the star printer, I'm not sure if they resolved the issues yet as we don't use it. There was a slow down after we upgrade to v6, but it's manageable. Our computers are 6-7 years old, with the exception of our server which is new.
