is there anyway to modify the page that you print for the patient reminder?

Not currently - you can print this information on the information letter from within the plan - can have templates if you have certain things you want done, eg bring meds, fast, etc.

the doctor said that we need to send patients instructions when they leave. our major concern at this time is time management. we don't want the patient having to wait around, but i also believe that mailing out patients info at a later date is time-consuming and a chore i am not thrilled to add to my list of things to do.
can we create templates for this? diet? medication changes? fasting, etc? so that it can be done with a simple click versus being dictated and later be mailed out? i apologize if i am not making much sense. thanks in advance.

Patricia,
I would make standard templates for the things you do most often in the office. You can include these instructions in your plan and then when you "Print instructions (summary)", you're directions will be there for the patient.

awesome. i apologize if i am attacking this forum with questions. we just went semi-live yesterday and with so much to learn, i am a bit overwhelmed. whenever i attempt to chat with AC online, they are never available, so i need to exhaust all possible options!

Patricia,
Use the user board here for your questions. While AC can answer technical questions, you'll find your best answers here as to how people go about doing certain things in AC.
You will also find there is generally more than one way to do things. I've learned a lot from people here on the boards.
