I see that V6.0.10 has been released for download as "Phase II Beta (considered safe for users with a minimal risk of substantial bugs)."
Anybody tried it yet? Does eRx work any better?

I have used for some time - I really have no major issues, the ERX is still slow, depending on your machines. Try it on a computer and see what you think.

We have used it 1 full day with all staff and 4 days with me using. No real problems and actually getting "thrown out" of the program less on 6.0.10 than 5.1.17. Still working on getting the hang of all the mu criteria. For us we don't see any change in ERX.

did you have trouble doing the upgrade? I'm not very tech savy and wonder if I should attempt it myself or try to get TS to help me.

My suggestion is to let technical support do the upgrade for you. On several occasions in the past I had some problems when upgrading. This time after reading about all of the problems some users have had I scheduled an appointment with technical support and the upgrade was accomplished without any problems and the system works fine. In fact, version 6.0.9 rarely crashes like earlier versions. It's a lot easier to let tech support log on to your server and sit back and watch. After the upgrade was finished on my server I did the upgrade on the client computers.

Just finished upgrading from v5.1.7 to 6.0.10. I needed help from TS to get things going on my main computer. Was able to install on all my local computers, but had to be patient and not try to rush the process. Erx works fine--even on a computer running XP-Home. So far it's smooth sailing. :-)

Tried to updgrade from 5.1.7 to 6.0.10 today. #FAIL. Got the error "Run time error "-2147024844 (8007002)" Automation error, the system cannot find the file specified" on the main computer after running AC on main computer. Frustrating. Did the database tuner and did computer restart several times. Will contact AC on Monday. I don't have anything special on my setup. I sense I could be soon throwing out 140 $100 dollar bills in the trash....

Voodoo helped with your install? Interesting. I found a lot of prayer and a call to TS helpful with mine. :-)

Here is a question about version 10. Is it certified for MU through the ONC? If we registered for MU using the registered code for V9, can we switch part way through to V10?

I can verify with John that V6.0.10 is MU certified as well. I saw it listed when I began the attestation process - even before it was available to us in beta.
