I just listened to the Webinare on Meaning full use. Very poor.No question period at end and moderator jumped all over the charts. I feel like Denzel Washington. explain it to me like I am a 3 yr old and that is what I am with meaningful use.
Would some explain how to use the rules. should they pop up when tied to a specific dx or do I have to access them manually.
What is their purpose. As you can see I need direction.
