Can any tell me if AC has an email reminder to automatically go out. This is in many systems note sure if AC has it and I don't know or if it is in works. Appreciate any info.

no. you can set a reminder to tell you to send an email. But it wont automatically send the email for you.

We use Appointment Quest as our scheduler. It automatically will send a reminder email 48 hours before an appointment. We download each day's schedule in the morning into AC.
