This does not seem to work.
The popup screen says, the refills should be 2 characters etc, when everything seems to be ok.
Is there a trick to make it work?.
Thank you.

Continuing the monologue:
Got the official word today. There is no trick to make this work. It is just not available for all formularies.
So the recommendation was not to choose Menu 1, formulary eligibility on MU.

I just upgraded from v5 to v6.0.10. I'm trying to get "Check Formulary Eligibility" to work, but it just pops up with "Invalid Refill or Dispense Number".
Any suggestions for getting this to work? I would love to be able to check and see if a particular drug is covered.

Has this question been answered somewhere because it is a menu option and it does not seem to work on 6.1.2
