I have been having intermittent problems with the tobacco use tab where it will occasionally wipe out other information out of the social history.
Personally I don't like how it is storing the info and would like an option to put in the year the patient quit smoking rather than how long ago. The problem with putting in YRS QUIT is that it will continue to grow and this tab might not be updated on a future visit, lets say the patient does not come back for 18 months and the next visit is on ankle pain. --Catch my drift?

There is a bug in V6.09 which deletes some entries in the social history. It shows up intermittently because it depends on the order in which you enter the smoking history drop down box. It is hard to describe briefly, but my workaround is here. I do not know if this is fixed in V6.1. Anyone know?
