Medi-soft/Gateway has helped us bet our billing on a better track. Medi-soft reports are not user friendly. 1. Does anyone know a good reference or training source for reports in Medi-soft? 2. Does anyone recommend another billing program because of it's report capabilities? Thanks

Actually, the reports from Gateway EDI are quite good.
We used Medisoft years ago, and I got rid of it because of the way it handled claims. I don't care for a "case" concept. I like an individual claim concept.
The next most reasonable (to me, at least) was Altapoint. We still use it while we wait to see what AC does.
Altapoint has several reports and report formats. You can do a complete practice analysis, a patient analysis, an insurance company analysis, aging analyses, etc..
Of course with all that you have to set passwords and levels of security (which are much more flexible than in AC). They also do offer an EMR, thought it's not the simple 1-page concept that AC has.
